Met Police say they are looking for another man seen leaving the scene at Norfolk House on Regency Street around 10.35am today.
He is described as black and officers say he is likely to have had blood on his clothing.
Westminster CID are investigating and say they are retaining an open mind as to the motive.

Man Stabbed In Pimlico
